By downloading or using the FilmSnap app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to FilmSnap.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app.
Some features require a Premium subscription, including:
Billing: Subscriptions are charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account when you confirm the purchase. They automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free Trial: New users get a 1-month free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's account settings. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be compatible with all devices or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
